I also didn't receive compensation yet, I'm C3A and non compliance to RTO.

Yes I haven't been to office. I tried for exception, they're not approving though I don't have an odc for my project and I'm solely working in that project from my base location. Though manager was supportive in giving exception, HR is not. So I'm non compliant and no compensation yet.
