Compensation Letter
For FY 2023-24 compensation Letter was released on 19th April 2024
For FY 2022-23 compensation Letter was released on 18th APR 2023
So when can we expect a compensation Letter for the FY 2024-25?
Are you living under a rock? Hikes for this year are deferred until further notice so consider no hikes for thi FY so no compensation letter.
Yeah that's what everyone heard on social media through prints...but we did not receive the same information through mails or Ultimatix.
Let's wait till Monday then, if not received by Monday EOD, we will have to believe in the news.

Is there any official mail or notice on Ultimatix regarding a delayed hike?
Not yet.
This year due to uncertainty they holded the hike. They may proceed later this financial year-end.

During covid we got hike letter with no change in salary. This year for A and B it will say same compensation as last year. For C Elevate incentives will be removed from compensation. For D Elevate incentives, monthly performance pay and quarterly variable allowance will be removed.
