Trending @HCL; Compensation letter

Hi everyone, I wanted to check if there are any updates regarding the release of the E1 band compensation letters. I joined HCL in February 2023 and have completed 1 year and 10 months with the organization. However, I have not yet received any hike. I would appreciate any information or updates on this matter.
