Trending @HCL; Compensation Letter

I checked with a HR regarding compensation letter release and they mentioned still they have not got any official confirmation from their central team and they will receive by EOM like literally I don't know why do they even care about employees at all the salary is low the hike is also low and they are now delaying the compensation also but expect employees to deliver good performance, Don't know what they are trying so hard to achieve
