Same here. I have joined CG in 2023 and got 3 ratings in 2024 and 2025. But no hike letter this year.
Same here 2024 and 25 without hike with 2 and 3 rating this year and no promotion as well. Connecting with senior leadership or our N+1 won’t change anything as they already have all the answers ready.
Yes, I connected with HR and they said there is no reason mentioned for you but you are not eligible.
Maybe come compliance issue.

It is better that way because even if you get 1 or 3 rating also you get 2.5 to 3.5% hike max
