Trending @Accenture; Compensation Grievance in AST portal

Hi, Has anyone raised a grievance for compensation in the AST portal? What will happen after I raise the grievance? Is it of any use at all? I have 5.11 YOE and getting 8.5 LPA fixed. So I really want to highlight this. I am in parallel preparing for a switch but just wanted to check if something can be done here?

Grievance means, you will get a call from HR and MD. They will give you again bullshit gyan, So raise it only if you are looking for gyan session.
