Trending @Infosys; Compensation from JL4 to JL5

Hi All, I’m currently Senior Associate Consultant(JL4) and expecting soon to be trasnsitioning into Consultant (JL5). Could someone confirm on what basis package compensation is performed. Is it a fixed amount for JL5 package or is there a 10-30% increase based on current package. Could someone also suggest the best possible way to move into JL5 transition. 1. Normal increment based on manager recommendations or experience. 2. Internal Job posting. 3. Bridge program movement.
