compensation discussion

Hi

I got an offer from Capgemini. In the offer letter it's mentioned about OAAR(other allowance and reimbursement) which amounts to 34k/month for that I have to raise a claim to get the money. I don't know if I can claim this much amount of money every month I would rather have it as part of my salary instead of OAAR. Also the actual pay per month is the same as what I am getting now in Infy + 2k. Is this offer worth it ?

You have to raise claim for those to get the money? Is it written anywhere?

Read that- “Balance amount that is not claimed…”. Clearly, you will get entire amount, it is just about being taxable or not.

So, die you join Capgemini? Or do you still need help with this?
