Compensation Check: Analyst at Deloitte with 5.8LPA CTC, 2.5 years exp.

I've been promoted this year from Associate Analyst to Analyst. My educational qualification is BCA, and I was campus hired here since I performed well in academics, ranked top 10.

Initial base package offered was 3.2LPA which has now gone upto 5.8LPA since Jan 2022. If I consider total overalls including benefits and bonus, my current CTC + variable would be around 7.2LPA.

I'll be completing 3 years at Deloitte in January. Is my current compensation fair as per market standards? P.S. I am a top performer in my team and handle tougher responsibilities that Con/SCons do within my team.

It's fair compensation.
7 - 10 LPA would be fair.
10+ LPA would be fair.
