I joined in 2021 as ninja then in 23 i got my wings cleared and with subsequent appraisals it's 8.41 for the current year

Its fine or even over paid for 3 yrs since my two collegues get lower about 7.8 lpa only than your CTC who have 8 yrs exp you are so fortunate to get that CTC

Agreed for the fortune i got 100 % plus hike in last year due to wings but would like to be more fortunate, my other friends with same age group of 25 to 27 are having it 14 lpa plus so I want to upgrade my earnings as well isn't my demand fine
