Trending @Infosys; Compensation breakdown?

Why 95% of Fixed is paid, where the rest 5%. Here is the breakdown:

Fixed Earning (Basic+DA+BOA+MiscBOA+95% of Bonus) = 104258 Deduction as per payslip = 6535 Net Take Home (95% of Fixed - Deductions) = 92837

Can anyone explain this 95% thing?

That 5 percent is taken out of ex gratia Every company will give 95 percent of ex gratia monthly and give the last 5 percent prob when leaving the company It is added in the retirals section

Rest 5% seems to be variable that you'll get quarterly, you can understand it in detail with HR aswell raising IHD

I mean 5% of of your salary let's say 5K , based on mgmt or they say performance and quarterly results of projects the variable is paid out in percentage so if they give 100% you'll get 15K added to the 3rd month salary along with that month, and if variable is given 80% or 50% whichever it is , accordingly will be paid.
