Compensation at Accenture – Level 10

I'm currently working in TCS and cleared my Accenture level 10 interviews. So my question is When you joined Accenture at Level 10, what was the total compensation package (CTC) one should expect at least in the offer letter.

He should ask for atlease 12 base for L10. Try to negotiate for 14 base

I have cleared the Accenture interview for management level 9. My current CTC is 9, how much of a hike should I quote as expected?
