Hi All,

I having 3.11 YOE in mainframes, iam working in IBM with 10 LPA and I have offer with 15.4 LPA and in Cognizant I have requested them to give 18 LPA , now the HR says that compensation approval is on hold due to high pay...

I wanted to know is that true ? And anyone having the same issue can you let me know your same kind of experience?

Yes it's possible because for 3.11 they will offer associate role for that 18LPA is too much high so that they need approval
