Literally Disappointed by TCS
It's not good for TCS Employees if we stay silent. Atleast we should try to convey our message to them via social media(FB, Insta, Twitter) as this is not at all acceptable for TCS'ers to being loyal, working hard for their future growth & also to fetch a project too being in a bench, Hustling for their families during this toughest time. As inflation is at top notch level due to this shitty government. We need to change this government at this time.
The only option left out is We should atleast need to gather & raise a voice against this issue.
It's totally a tip letter, not a compensation letter anymore🙂.

TCs didn’t ask you to be loyal. The problem is with people who are sitting on bench for 6-7 months. Those people take things for granted as they will still get 90 percent salary even if they are on bench. Rest inflation problem is not with India only. Tell me a country that doesn’t have inflation problem ?

Now I got it. You have a problem with simple English as well. I never said there is no inflation. I said tell me one country which doesn’t have inflation problem? You have an answer? If you want to drag political issue on a professional platform, I rest my case.

Let's create a post on LinkedIn and tag TCS. We should share our views and what's happening right now in TCS internally. Actually people don't raise their voice that's the reason they don't care about all these.
We all TCSers should take initiative to gather under one umbrella and fight together.

Yes its high time, we must expose the truth

It is a service company doing low value add work, still better than other service Companies out there, only way for higher salary is earn top notch skills in product development or consulting then only you will get paid else there are millions like us who can be replaced easily.

People needs to stop joining in TCS then only project will go to other vendor. Every project their hand only.because they have low cost employees.
