Comparing 3 offers for senior engineer

Rippling L8: 1.8Cr (incl 40L esops) Amazon L6: 1.65Cr (incl RSU) Salesforce LMTS: 1.3Cr (incl RSU)

YOE: 12yrs

Rippling TC is highest but it includes esops and culture,wlb reviews are bad. Amazon cash comp is highest as it is public but wlb reviews are bad. Salesforce TC is lowest but culture,wlb reviews are good.

Its a difficult decision. Will appreciate any thoughts on which one to choose.
