Compare Deloitte India and Deloitte USI for SAP FICO?

I have received offer from Deloitte India just wanted to know if only ECC support is there in Deloitte india and no work life balance ?

I was talking to one my senior she told that Deloitte India there is no work life balance and mostly provides support project for ECC and Indian clients.

Now what should I do ? I have another offer from Capgemini what to do ?
