Company Switch Query

I am suffering from delusions & schizophrenia and, I have took a leave for around 2 months each for 4 years continuously. TCS has also approved my leave.

My worry over here is, if I switch to a product based, FAANG, startup or other service based companies, whether I will have this leave option?

Can anyone please clarify about this?
