Company switch or MTECH

"Hello everyone, I have an offer from a startup company with a work-from-home option and a package of 7.5 LPA. Currently, I am part of the WILP program where they are supporting me to pursue an M.Tech through a distance learning program. I have some medical conditions that prevent me from going to the office. I am very confused about whether I should join the new company or continue with the M.Tech program through Wipro, as many people say it is part-time and companies may not value it,also a BCA graduate, and many people are saying that getting a higher degree is useful since many MNCs overlook candidates whose highest qualification is a BCA. Is having the highest degree important in IT?

Please suggest what I should do ?
