Company switch

Hi Team, I am looking for a job change ,i am currently working at TCS as a Python developer with 4.5 years of experience since market is veey down I am not getting any interview calls , I have also given multiple interviews on Python development and also on Python automation testing some interviewers ghosted and I was rejected in some interviews ,but my project at TCS doesnt offer me a wide expertise in Python I think I am weak in logic building any suggestions on how to improve logic building part
