Company selection for Salesforce Developer role

Need your advice. Having total 6+ yrs with 3+ years in Salesforce. CCTC - 17 including 15% variable. Current offers:

  • Accenture : Tech Lead 29 lpa (23 fixed+ 6 variable)
  • Salesforce India : Senior Technical Consultant 33 lpa (30 fixed+ 3 variable)
  • EPAM System : Senior Software Engineer 33 lpa (33 fixed+ 1 lac JB)
  • In discussion with NTT Data : 35 lpa (35 fixed+ 15% variable) Please suggest which company I should join considering WLB, job security, growth, perks and compensation etc. Thank you in advance.

I have heard bad reviews about Epam. Imo Salesforce/NTT data would be better

No job security these days in any company, the only thing that matters is good pay and skill growth. Whichever company is providing that, join that company. In your case Salesforce seems to be a good one. Rest upto you good luck
