Company ruining employee life!

My senior just got fired for questioning his low appraisal from company.The guy literally build all the backend ,infrastructure and all. From which they are making money. Management said _ we don't have work for you here.And then when he said ok fine iam quitting they didint even give him 2 months notice period. He was asked to leave that day only.

The Management is not even giving him 4 yr experience letter . Telling he didint serve notice period.

His stack are angular, php,llm models. One of the smartest guys I have met.

So group if u guys have a refrel please reply.

He is expecting from 14_20lacs.

It's gonna be hard to hire someone without an experience letter. He can file a complaint and get the experience letter. No employer can deny an experience letter. They might mention that he didn't serve the notice period tho or ask for the pay of his notice period

Bro they didint even gave him the bonus they were supposed to give off the last year, they splitted it into 4 month.after appraisal.

All this happend yesterday. Serously shocked ,and this is the guy who got the highest performance award and dinner invite with the founder and all.

I have heard of such stories in linkdin and all but first time near experience. Dark ..so dark. This made me rethink everything about IT sector and all.hooo
