Suggest for following offers, considering location, WLB, Job security

Hi folks, I have three offers in hand -

1. JPMorgan Chase - Bangalore
2. Autodesk - Pune
3. IKEA - Bangalore

All of them are offering almost same fixed salary, Ikea’s base is 2 lacs more than rest but RSUs in Autodesk is additional benefits of good amount(50k USD). Which of them is better for growth, job security and benefits etc

I will get prorated variable in 1&2 but not in Ikea in 2025 due to my joining date being after the cutoff period
