Company Review needed: GrowthX

How is the culture? Anyone worked/working there?

Also, JD talks about 'ambiguous' and 'unstructured' team, so red flags showing already 🚩

It's courses are overhyped. I paid 75k for a Growth PM course (pushed by another idiot), worse decision of my life. They package entry level stuff to professionals and sell their courses . I wouldn't be surprised if their work culture reflects that same overhyped mindset

I've met the core team on demo days, super kind and high energy kind of folks. didn't seem sus to me

It's a very small team, I think lesser than 40 is the team size, every startup has such descriptions in their jobs. Ambiguity is always high in early stage and small teams.

Its founder is pretty active on LinkedIn.

Check if the company's Ambitionbox and Glassdoor page exist, if not, it's red flag certainly.

But yeah, it's courses are highly sought after by professionals, and probably increase the chances of getting hired by other companies.

Oh, then definitely one need to think about it if one's looking at even a bit of stability.

We have to atleast give them credit for being honest upfront.

They are the Byjus of Product Management and tech. Trying to extract money out of innocent students. Have not heard good about their courses

If I'm not wrong, it's a relatively small team. Ambiguity is something that comes with almost all of the roles, except for software engineer. I'm unsure about the unstructured team, but if it's a smal team, there should be some benefit of doubt.
