company review: dream11

is dream 11 a good company to work at? i am looking out for opportunities for engineering positions. it looks like the pay and benefits are really good (good pay + proximity allowance).

please help with the details specifically on work culture, leadership and work life balance.

Pay is decent if you just consider the base. Realistically speaking, esops value here is 0 Take the benefits with a pinch of salt. They are reducing them every year Work wise, you will get good exposure, though don’t expect work life balance in non platform teams
