Company initiated trasfer required for project allocation

I have recently been released from a project and my base location was Delhi. But now I got the project in Kolkata which require my base location to be changed to kolkata. Since it's been only one year, I cannot initiate self transfer, so the company initiated transfer has to be initiated. Can anyone help me out here, how does this thing work?
