
Trending @HCL; Company forcing us to do 5 days WFO
Hey everyone, our management is now mandating that only our team work from the office five days a week. I've been with HCL for 2.5 years and was previously managing well with a 12-day-per-month office schedule. Their justification is that we're at the L1 level, which seems completely unfair, especially when other teams are allowed to follow a three-day-per-week or 12-day-per-month model. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Is this applicable to all the employee throughout the org? Plus it depends on project as well, if project requires people to come to office then i guess we can’t do anything.. :(

There are multiple teams within the project. No one is mandated to do it 5 days a week,minimum 8hr ACT hours. But this is my new project and the manager is very rude. It is like he's torturing every fresher/L1 in the team. In the previous project I was doing 12 days. No one pointed out to me. It isn't like I'm fresher I also have an experience.
