Company delayed bonus and appraisals

So, my company a startup has intentionally delayed the bonus for last year and this year appraisal to Feb and blaming on managers for not completing the appraisal process. Managers not been shared any appraisal or bonus data. This has happened for the first time after management change 8 months back.

What would you do, other that looking for next job?
