Company Change suggestions and guidance required

Hi All, I have an experience of 3years in TCS. I have good knowledge on ITSM practices and Servicedesk application development and customization, API Integrations, Asset and CMDB Management. I have good hands on SQL and Basic Java had added two External certifications on cloud platforms like GCP Associate level and AWS Solution architect Associate level. I need to change the company as I can see there is no increase in the salary and during the appraisals also not getting expected Bands even though I'm giving my 200% in the job and tasks assigned to me. I fed up with the office politics and TL criticism all the time treating me a joker in the center of the team.I'm losing my mental health and I decided I'm literally wasting my time and efforts in these useless project and for micro management people so I asked for project release it seems it is also not possible due to I'm the critical resource in the team. I'm totally confused what to do and which company should I move, how to schedule Interviews with the companies and need to get selected with next 3 to 4months. Kindly suggest or guide me anyone.
