Hi,
I'm currently working in hcl at 10.2 lpa Work experience is 2.9 years Wipro manager contacted me to know if I'm interested in shifting to wipro. Now, HR called and asked about my expectation. I said 17-18. He said its huge. Is it ok? Or should I ask for 14-15?

HCL is more relaxed but worse in appraisals and promotions more like a govt company
Wipro is better in appraisals but worse in manager culture and work life balance

Bro try for other companies. Both hcl and wipro are kind off same in terms or work and culture
