Company 1 vs Company 2

I currently have offers from two reputed product-based companies. • Company 1 is offering a total compensation that is ₹7 lpa higher than Company 2 in terms of RSUs and bonus. Both companies offer similar base salaries. • However, Company 1 requires working from the office five days a week and involves late working hours due to alignment with a U.S.-based manager. • In contrast, Company 2 offers a much more flexible work arrangement with the option to work from home and only one day in the office per month.

I’m seeking advice on which opportunity might be better to pursue, considering the trade-off between higher compensation and better work-life balance.
