Google has great WLB - have seen most people choose their level of hustle depending on how fast they want to get promoted
Have also seen people who don’t work extra hours get promoted at a good pace, if they are good at what they do - which is super important for people with kids

It's good for product and engineering roles, but again not at all levels. Junior - mid level it's best. Also, at higher levels it gets bad, my own manager used to complain many times about WLB.

Can anybody name some Indian companies with good work life balance ? Or is it a myth ? And no , I’m not looking at government jobs , just IT companies or companies with IT wings :)
