Companies with good work life balance (Software Developer)
Hey guys, i'm planning to switch my company after 8 months in the company and there is a notice of 2 months so that would be 10 months in the company. I feel out of place here, though I have delivered so far (6 months) because i'm picking tasks which I know, I don't know how long it will last. I'm stuck in a client project and i'm scared that if I get something I don't know and I don't deliver, I'll be yelled at. I'm looking for companies with good work life balance and culture, non client work. Below are the companies I know which have good culture

Yep. It’s pretty chill in Amex so far. No news any layoffs yet. Not much about hiring either.
