Companies which do not grill on DSA and are hiring with good pay. Also preparation sources for LLD and HLD?

A bit of background about me , I was in no code low code for 2.5 years and then made a switch internally as a frontend developer working on React. Worked for 1.9 years. Landed work only for 9-10 months. Switched last year September currently working both on frontend and backend - python , flask. Not paid strongly well and want to scale up in the next 2-3 years before AI takes over :(
