Hi, I'm currently in a startup that's following decentralised analytics and I report to a business head (who calls at random times and on weekends). Although I did work long hours in my previous company (a centralised one), nobody bothered to ring me after a specific hour (infact analytics folks hardly communicated outside of slack).
I will probably switch after a few months, because I don't want to be stuck to my laptop at all times.
What are some companies having a better professional setup? Will help me target them, kindly share your experiences.
