Hi,
People who are resigning from infosys and joining other organizations. How did you deal with 3 months' notice period. Is it good to resign first and then search for jobs while on NP.
Suggest some list of companies that will hire us even with 3 months NP.

The sad truth is many companies will ask their employees to serve a 3 month notice period but they are not willing to hire someone who needs to serve 3 months notice. As hiring slowed down in the recent times it would be difficult to get an offer with 3 months notice.
If you are very confident in your skills, resign and look for other opportunities. If you need some confidence, lie about your notice period and give some interviews. Once you get enough confidence resign and start the hunt
Also if you have responsibilities like EMIs and all, think well before resigning without having an offer in hand
Same how to deal with that experience people please tell not getting calls even after applying to too many jobs And even if I get calls I say them 3 month NP then they loose interest
