Companies to apply for in 2025

Hi all,

I'm looking for a new role in Analyst and consulting space and need to apply to the companies, as my current job is only a support role, that too which I think is not going to end well and I might be put on a PIP here. So in my current company, Cvent, there are n number of rounds before we could could 'Go Live' I have already cleared 8 rounds before but this last round seems like a big wave. I anyway am not enjoying the support work here and want to get into the analysis space. I'm skilled in Ms Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL and general ETL.

Would love to know how shall I navigate this juncture of life, I feel I'm already late into looking for jobs as this test is just around the corner, and if I don't cross this, maybe they put me in PIP or a straight bye bye.

I have started applying for jobs in LinkedIn and Naukri as well.
