Companies that don't ask ds algo questions

What high quality work does your company do? I am curious as an employee of a poor quality work company.

there are different grades of companies A,B,C,D good companies are more efficient, they dont get stuck into n no of processes, dont have daily or multiple management meetings where management blabs about their stats, lesser politics, more work, target and time oriented, less politics, etc
