Companies that are okay with 90 notice period

Hello grapes,

Currently I am in TCS with 2 years of experience and looking for a switch but I am thinking that the 90 day notice period will be a challenge and I don't want to resign without a job offer. So can anyone help me with the companies name for the list which are okay with the 90 days notice period and that also hiring TCS employee.
