Companies not accepting the high package
Hi all,
I have 4.5 years experience. I have offer in hand from pwc with 16.5 lap for senior associate position with good role in generative AI
For other companies like genpact, tiger analytics are not positive when I quote my salary expectation as 20lpa interviews. should I compromise with pwc. ?
I don’t want to stay in service based anymore I see no growth at all other than keeping you in shadow and making you work?

I have the same feeling about working in a service based company. I would really like some advice on how I can shift to a product based company. I have 1.5 yrs of work ex. 9 months in a startup (before MBA) and 10 months in a service based company.
I can relate to you. My questions is service based company with high package or big4 with little less package compared is better? Hikes in service based are unreasonable also bonus . Politics are everywhere but which would add good exposure to the resume?
