It's a common thing that indian companies stay away from hiring entrepreneurs. They tend to be risky hires as per the HRs.

Hey I am a 2X entrepreneur and have been associated with 2 companies as Founders office and COS.
Answer:
I think startups majorly prefer ex-founders as they can hustle and also hack through a lot of things, obviously great for 0-1s but MNCs and big companies don’t usually go that route because they prefer stability and people that can stay there.

Generally Traditional company do not hire except few like Tata ,Birla and startup hire entrepreneur
