That's because walmart's pay is very mediocre and the question doesn't make much sense. If the number of companies were few, I would've answered that, but the list is so long, even no name startups can offer more.

Instead of a half baked attempt of asking here without details like profile, yoe, location preference etc, op should try going thru compensation websites like leetcode, levels.fyi etc
