Hi guys, i had a question. My project is forcing me to work in weekend. Not giving any compensation or comp Off . Other than withdrawing working, what options do i have?

You can just ask them for compoff over email, if they deny loop in hr and dm

Tell them u can do weekend work once in a while not regularly. It's ur right to get comp off if u do. Which is equivalent to a leave. For kerala and Maharashtra DC some special days u get paid comp off.
