Commute issues

I am from Chennai location.My issue is I am spending more than 5 hours in transit to reach office and I don't even feel to work after reaching the office.I am spending 15 hours for the office.The things is I have a TCS office close to my home which takes 20minutes tops in traffic.I am currently in notice period.I am requesting the HR to allow me to login from the nearest location yet to hear back.Or should I request for WFH
