Is there any community like Leap.club for aspiring founders where you can brainstorm ideas, find ex entrepreneurs, find co-founders/team members, connect with investors etc

Checked and used coffee mug. The problem with open platforms like coffee mug is that it doesn’t lead to any quality conversations.
I have genuinely had better conversations on grapevine than twitter.

Wework India has a community on discord for founders and they do events occasionally. There's also pushstart on Facebook/WhatsApp.
But tbh what you're looking for is kind of missing in the Indian space. No neutral and dedicated communities as such that are very helpful.
