People keep telling about working on communication skills.

How to work on them? Taking any classes or any guide.

Toastmasters international - I have heard it’s good.
You can go the OG route - talk to people a lot, embarrass yourself a few times, get lowballed in appraisals because you didn’t negotiate, lose out on great opportunities in both personal and professional lives because of the introversion, chase a person way out of your league to get rejected couple of times and voila 🪄A+ in Communication skills.
There is nothing that trauma can’t teach you!
