Communication card / telecom card

Hi, I am using ICICI multi valley card for internet and telephone bill payment , from past few months it is not accepting to pay JIO bills, also faced issue on Airtel aswell. Anyone knows who is the point of contact / how to raise a request for this ? Plz share if anyone knows.
