Common odc in chennai

Hello folks.. is there any common odc in chennai that we can report to. ?

I got released from my previous project two days ago and the new project I'm considering does not have any odc in chennai.

As we are asked to return to 5 days a week.. not sure what to do regarding RTO compliance and attendance.
