Trending @Capgemini; Coming to office was fine until now school level attendance have also started. Don’t they have any other work other than taking attendance?

They just want to reduce their workforce. Capgemini does not really layoff employees. This is their solution. Frustrate the employees so much that they leave.

don't know why they need us in office। why don't we go to another company which is providing work from home। it's just spending productive time in travelling 4 hours daily to just reach office nothing else we do just spend 6 7 hours and come what prodctive we are doing ppl who r doing work from home r more productive. that who spending 9 hours in office and 4 hours in traveling . when I came back I don't have energy to od anything then there client calls starts saying it's critical issue. what is the point to come office if we need to support even we come back home? do we need to spend 70 hours for work?
