Thinking to switch the company, however comfort zone creating problems.

can I survive outside companies.

Depends on the how much you love what you do? If you are really passionate you will learn and upskill, face the out of comfort zone difficulties easily or with some efforts

Either switch or do something of your own on the side which you always wanted to do which is allowed as per company policies and also as per awesome WLB you have been getting there.
