Come out from safety trap of TCs

Hi this is with reference to one discussion I had with a well wisher Mr Kulkarni, who said we are scared of taking risk thinking only that tcs provide the best place where we have better work life balance also scared of taking risk hence compromise with our package. Think that you could get outside of TCs 5 times more salary what you are getting in such case even if you stay without a job for 5 months you could be able to survive because you have additional 4 time' of money what you are losing in tcs. So think again and let's take risks.
